Mr. Ra?q is a professional who dedicates himself in the natural gas business activities. He was focused in the business development, commercial negotiation, regulatory studies, technical and economic studies related to natural gas projects. He has more than 15 years of experience in this eld. He is a natural gas expert who has a deep understanding in the downstream natural gas market. Currently, he is frequently invited as a speaker in the seminars and workshops conducted in related with the downstream natural gas and small-scale LNG topics.
